We offer a full refund on non-defective, non-conforming or damaged products within 15 days of purchase in the form of [cash/voucher] to the value of the products returned and also offer an exchange within 15 days of purchase subject to the below conditions in order to give our customers full confidence, satisfaction and enjoyment of the products purchased.


To return any product purchased, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the product securely in its original packaging and Item in original packaging, proof of purchase, inspection of item by BJC., then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return or hand it in to the store ensuring to take the proof.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the product, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of the product to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company or we may issue a cheque or a credit note. The refund vouchers are valid for 12 months.

  • Returned products should be in their original and re-sellable condition, with all tags attached, any packaging intact and accompanied by a valid receipt.
  • Non-defective products purchased at reduced prices during sale or promotional periods can be exchanged within [15] days of purchase but no refund will be provided on these products.
  • If any gift is given as purchase promotions, then the gift should also be returned along with the purchased product, to receive an exchange.
  • Defective or non-conforming products purchased at normal price will be exchanged or refunded in cash within 15 days of purchase.
